All Items are shipped via UPS or Fedex air and ground only. (due to slow transit times, damage claim and lost package history we Do Not offer shipping via USPS).
Charges are based on posted UPS and Fedex website posted rates. Based on size and weight from Zip Code 14845 and not less than $9.95 unless otherwise stated on the website. Residential delivery Surcharges may apply if you are not shipping to a business. All Shipments outside the 48 continental united states may be subject to air freight shipping charges, duties, taxes and broker fees. Some items may not be heavy but may be long or oversize (if any package dimension exceeds 30 inches) and require shipping at the carriers oversize shipping rates.
-Why dont we use computer software that can figure your shipping at the time your order is placed? It is the nature of the model railroad business that more than 80% of the orders submitted to us contain Advance Reservation Pre-Orders or items that are Not Yet Available from the manufacturer. The simple fact is, to this date no software supplier has been able to provide us with a shopping cart program that knows package dimensions and weights before an item is manufactured. If all the items you are purchasing are currently available to ship together and you need the shipping prices simply call our toll free number 855 253 2711 with your zip code and ask for a shipping quote or estimate. Any order submitted with under $60.00 merchandise will have a $6.00 Handling charge added to it when we ship it.

Orders for RC Airplanes, Helicopters and related supplies (items that fly or are specific for model aircraft) under $150.00 in value of merchandise ship at the same rate as the Wholesaletrains.com rate as posted above. Free Shipping - Orders for RC Airplanes, Helicopters and directly related parts and supplies (items that fly or are specific for model aircraft) exceeding $150.00 total merchandise value after discounts etc.(listed on this page - Airplane/Heli Items ) are shipped pre-paid (freight charges are included in the price of the merchandise) for regular ground services if shipped to destinations within the continental 48 states, but will only be charged a $2.00 handling fee per order instead. If you return or cancel merchandise from any order that is shipped pre-paid you will then be charged for the outbound shipping charges on those orders. Any order submitted with under $60.00 merchandise will have a $6.00 Handling charge added to it when we ship it.
